Varikkassery mana
Varikkassery mana ,visited by us during one of our return journey from palakkad.
Varikkasseri Mana is one of the centuries old aristocratic Namboothiri house in Kerala. It is located at Manissery, a village about 4 km to the west of Ottapalam, in Palakkad district. Today, The Mana is known to many as a film shooting location.
So many popular Malayalam films like Aaram thampuran , Devasuram, Rappakal, Thoovalkottaram, Madambi, Drona ect: were shot here. At the time of our visit also Shooting of some film was going on there.
